– 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 325F 165C and grease your 9-inch springform pan, making it ready for that cheesecake magic!

2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs with granulated sugar and melted butter. Press this delightful mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to create a sturdy crust.
