Salad with Prosciutto, Caramelized Pears, and Walnuts 綾
Ingredients:
4 cups mixed salad greens arugula, spinach, or mesclun2 ripe pears, sliced4 slices prosciutto1/4 cup walnuts, toasted2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp honeySalt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the pear slices and cook for 3-4 minutes, drizzling with honey to caramelize them.While the pears are cooking, arrange the mixed greens on a plate.In a separate pan, crisp up the prosciutto slices over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.Add the caramelized pears, crispy prosciutto, and toasted walnuts to the salad.Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and remaining olive oil. Toss gently.Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
