Tangy Pear and Blue Cheese Salad 燎

Ingredients:

4 cups mixed salad greens arugula, spinach, or mesclun2 ripe pears, sliced1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese1/4 cup candied walnuts2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tsp honeySalt and pepper to taste


Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and pear slices.In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.Top with crumbled blue cheese and candied walnuts.Serve immediately.
