1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

cup whole milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

teaspoon black pepper

teaspoon garlic powder

teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 slices provolone cheese for topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add the sautéed onion and pepper mixture to the bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
