Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter smooth or chunky
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for coating
1 tablespoon coconut oil for melting the chocolate
Instructions:
Mix the base ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or spoon to blend until smooth and well combined.
Add the graham cracker crumbs: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated, creating a thick dough-like mixture.
Form the balls: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Place each ball onto a parchment-lined tray.
