Creamy Honey Buffalo Steak Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
2 steaks ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
12 oz pasta penne or rigatoni
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the creamy buffalo sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the buffalo sauce and honey to the pan, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Make the creamy base: Slowly pour in the heavy cream and stir until the sauce is smooth. Add the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce becomes creamy and thick.
Combine the pasta and steak: Add the cooked pasta and steak to the sauce, stirring until everything is well coated.
Bake the pasta: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Top with a little extra shredded cheese if desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy this creamy, spicy, and savory pasta bake!
