Microwave Corn on the Cob in the Husk

Ingredients:

4 ears of corn, in the huskButter optional, for servingSalt optional, for serving

Instructions:


Place the corn with the husks still on in the microwave.Microwave on high for 4 minutes per ear of corn for 4 ears, microwave in batches if necessary.Carefully remove the corn from the microwave it will be hot. Let it cool for a minute or two.Cut off the bottom of the corn and peel back the husk and silk.Serve with butter and salt, if desired.
