Louisiana Voodoo Fries

Ingredients:

1 32 oz bag frozen crispy French fries or hand-cut fresh fries

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup pickled jalapeños optional

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons hot sauce Louisiana-style preferred

1 teaspoon smoked paprika


Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C and cook fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

While fries are baking, mix ranch dressing, hot sauce, and smoked paprika in a small bowl to make the voodoo sauce.

Once fries are cooked, transfer to a large cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish.

Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over the fries.

Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, then bacon crumbles, jalapeños if using, and half of the green onions.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 57 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Drizzle with voodoo sauce and garnish with remaining green onions and fresh parsley before serving.
