Ingredients:
1 pound frozen peas2 tablespoons olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/2 teaspoon dried oreganoSalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped optional, for garnish1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.Stir in the frozen peas and cook for 5-6 minutes until heated through.Season with dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
