Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients:
For the Cheeseburger Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon smoked paprika
teaspoon onion powder
teaspoon garlic powder
cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Dough:
1 can 8-count refrigerated biscuit dough
cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
teaspoon Italian seasoning
cup grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish:
Chopped parsley optional
Extra Parmesan cheese for topping
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease. Stir in salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until well combined. Let cool slightly.
Assemble the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly. Add a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture to the center and fold the dough over, pinching the edges to seal into a ball.
Coat with Garlic Parmesan Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush each bomb generously with the mixture and roll in grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
