Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic, and toss steak bites until coated and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter, then add heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Mix in the cooked pasta shells until well coated.
Serve the garlic butter steak bites over creamy Parmesan shells, garnished with fresh parsley.
