Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

1 1/4 cups milk 拏

1 egg 讀

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 杻

Fresh blueberries and raspberries for topping 𢡄

Maple syrup for drizzling

Instructions:


1. Make the Batter

In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center, and pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

2. Cook the Pancakes

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

3. Assemble the Pancakes

Stack the pancakes on a plate. Top with fresh blueberries and raspberries.

4. Add Maple Syrup

Drizzle generously with maple syrup for that perfect sweetness.
