Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻
For the Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs 讀
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Chocolate cubes and shavings for garnish

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Base:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla. Pour over the cooled crust.
3. Bake the Cheesecake:
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
4. Add the Topping:
Spread caramel sauce evenly over the top of the cheesecake. Drizzle chocolate ganache for a decadent finish. Garnish with chocolate cubes and shavings.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
Slice and serve with extra caramel drizzle if desired. This rich and creamy dessert is a chocolate lovers dream!
