Fish Tacos
Ingredients:
4-6 small tortillas corn or flour1 lb white fish fillets such as cod, tilapia, or mahi-mahi1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp garlic powderSalt and pepper to taste1 cup shredded cabbage red or green1/4 cup cilantro, chopped1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt1 tbsp lime juice1 avocado, slicedLime wedges for serving
Instructions:
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Grill or cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.In a small bowl, mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with lime juice.Warm the tortillas in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until soft.To assemble, place a few pieces of fish on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, cilantro, a drizzle of lime crema, and avocado slices.Serve with lime wedges on the side.
