Ingredients:
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
Mix the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the light corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
