Crispy and Tender Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C.
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Rub the seasoning mix over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat them evenly.
Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up, and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Sheet Pan Parmesan Chicken and Veggies 復燎
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C.
In a shallow dish, mix together parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken breasts in olive oil, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
On a sheet pan, spread out broccoli, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the coated chicken breasts on the sheet pan with the veggies.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F 74C and the veggies are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
