Easy Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400F 200C.

Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season them with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs and rub the seasoning into the skin and meat.

Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, skin side up.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C and the skin is crispy.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
