Creamy Oreo Tiramisu Trifle Delight
Ingredients:
For the Oreo Layer:
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
2 tbsp melted butter
For the Tiramisu Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
2 tbsp coffee liqueur optional
For the Layers & Garnish:
12 ladyfinger biscuits
4 Oreo cookies, crushed for topping
1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
Whipped cream optional
Directions:
Prepare the Oreo base: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or a trifle dish.
Make the tiramisu cream: Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Soak the ladyfingers: Mix brewed coffee with coffee liqueur. Dip ladyfingers briefly into the mixture and place a layer over the Oreo base.
Assemble the layers: Spread half of the tiramisu cream over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of Oreo crumbs, then more soaked ladyfingers, and finish with the remaining tiramisu cream.
Garnish: Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and dust with cocoa powder. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
