Creamy Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 tablespoons olive oil1 small onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup heavy cream1/2 cup chicken broth1 teaspoon dried thymeSalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseFresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:


Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes until softened.Add heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
