Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 large egg1/4 cup milk1/4 cup grated onion1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Sauce:

1 cup grape jelly1 cup barbecue sauce1 tablespoon soy sauce


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, grated onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.While the meatballs bake, prepare the sauce. In a large skillet or saucepan, combine grape jelly, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce. Heat over medium heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly.Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat.Simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
