Caramel Pecan Stuffed Apples Recipe
Ingredients:
4 large apples
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup blue cheese optional 燎
1/4 cup caramel sauce
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C.
2. Core the apples and hollow them out slightly to create a cavity.
3. Fill each apple with chopped pecans, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and blue cheese if desired. 燎
4. Place the apples in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
5. Drizzle warm caramel sauce over the baked apples.
6. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
