Caramel Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 杻
For the Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened 燎
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs 讀
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Caramel Topping:
1 cup caramel sauce
Whipped cream for garnish 壟
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
3. Bake the Cheesecake:
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
4. Add the Caramel Topping:
Spread caramel sauce evenly over the chilled cheesecake layer.
5. Garnish & Serve:
Slice into bars and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Dust with powdered sugar for a beautiful finish. Serve chilled for the ultimate creamy and sweet treat!
