Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo hot sauce, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish 9×9 inch or similar.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
