Bread Machine Thin Crust Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
1 cup warm water 110F/45C
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
In the bread machine, add warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bread machine.
Set the bread machine to the “”Dough”” cycle and let it run until the dough has formed.
Once the cycle is complete, remove the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thinness.
Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Add your favorite sauce and toppings, then bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
