Baked French Fries
Ingredients:
4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon paprikaSalt and pepper to tasteFresh parsley, chopped optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C.In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
