Arugula and Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

1 batch pizza dough homemade or store-bought

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

4 oz goat cheese, crumbled

2 cups fresh arugula

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


Preheat oven to 475F 245C.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add crumbled goat cheese on top.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.

While the pizza bakes, toss the fresh arugula with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with the dressed arugula.

Slice and serve!
