Would you eat this Ground Beef and Potatoes ?

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

4 medium potatoes, diced into small cubes

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease if necessary.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the beef mixture.

Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover the skillet for 2 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
