Would you eat this BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole ?

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, drained

1 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy cream

3 large eggs

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp smoked paprika


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.

Add diced onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, diced tomatoes, and smoked paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Stir the cooked macaroni and half of the shredded cheese into the beef mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.

Pour the egg and cream mixture over the top, then sprinkle with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
