Heres how to make them:
Ingredients makes 12-15 shots:
1 cup champagne or sparkling wine
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup vodka
2 packets unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp sugar
Orange slices or zest for garnish
Edible glitter optional
Instructions:
Bloom Gelatin: In a saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1 cup orange juice. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Dissolve Mixture: Over low heat, stir the mixture with sugar until fully dissolved about 5 minutes.
Add Champagne & Vodka: Remove from heat and gently stir in champagne and vodka.
Set in Mold: Pour into shot glasses or silicone molds. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
Garnish & Serve: Once set, top with edible glitter and orange slices or zest. Serve chilled and enjoy!
