Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– Zest of 1 large orange
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375F 190C.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, and orange zest.
3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
7. Meanwhile, prepare the cranberry and orange sauce. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of cranberry sauce and the juice of 1 orange.
8. Heat the sauce over medium heat until warmed, stirring occasionally.
9. Once the meatballs are done, drizzle the cranberry and orange sauce over them or serve it on the side for dipping.
