Ingredients:
– 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
– 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
– 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, prepare the chocolate fudge cake mix according to the instructions on the box.
3. Pour half of the prepared cake batter into the greased baking pan.
4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and shredded coconut evenly over the batter.
5. Pour the remaining cake batter over the pecans and coconut, spreading it gently to cover everything.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Once the cake is done, let it cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before inverting it onto a serving platter.
8. Crack open your favorite frosting cream cheese or chocolate work great and drizzle it on top, letting it flow over the sides. Serve and enjoy!
