White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Drop rounded tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
