Ultimate Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients:

– Chicken breast, diced

– Wild rice blend

– Carrots, sliced

– Onion, chopped

– Celery stalks, diced

– Garlic, minced

– Chicken broth

– Heavy cream

– Olive oil

– Bay leaves

– Thyme, dried

– Salt and pepper

– Parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions:

1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the chopped onion, diced celery, and sliced carrots. Sauté until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

4. Add the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Pour in the chicken broth and add the wild rice blend along with bay leaves and thyme. Bring it to a boil.
