Tropical Snowstorm Cocktail
Ingredients
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz coconut cream
3 oz pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Garnish: Shredded coconut, mint sprig, and a lime wheel
Preparation
Rim a glass with coconut cream and dip it in shredded coconut for a frosted look.
In a shaker, combine coconut rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Add crushed ice and shake well.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel. Serve immediately.
