Tropical Fruit Fantasy Piña Colada
Ingredients:
For the Piña Colada:
2 oz light rum
1 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz mango juice
1 oz passion fruit juice
1/2 oz grenadine for color
1 cup crushed ice
For the Frosting Top:
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
A few drops of food coloring optional, for a colorful effect
Garnish:
Fresh tropical fruit pieces pineapple, mango, kiwi, etc.
Edible flowers optional
Colorful sprinkles
Instructions:
In a blender, combine light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, mango juice, passion fruit juice, grenadine, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into your magic glass.
For the Frosting Top:
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until light and fluffy. Add food coloring if desired.
Pipe or dollop the frosting mixture on top of the piña colada.
Garnish:
Add fresh tropical fruit pieces, edible flowers, and a sprinkle of colorful sprinkles for a vibrant, eye-catching finish.
