Tropical Coconut Pineapple Float
Ingredients:
1 oz coconut rum
1 oz pineapple rum
1 scoop coconut ice cream
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 maraschino cherry for garnish
Directions:
Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine the coconut rum, pineapple rum, and frozen pineapple chunks. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour and Float:
Pour the tropical blend into a hurricane glass. Top with a generous scoop of coconut ice cream.
Garnish and Serve:
