Ingredients:

– 2 cups granulated sugar

– 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup unsalted butter

– 1 tsp baking powder


– 1 cup heavy cream

– 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Brownie Cake: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan to prevent sticking.

2. Melt & Mix: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Remove from heat and mix in the granulated sugar until fully combined.

3. Add Eggs & Vanilla: Whisk in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is well incorporated before adding the next. Then, stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
