Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Break-Apart Fudge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup natural peanut butter 樂
1 cup oat flour
Optional: Mini chocolate chips or other mix-ins
Instructions:
1 Place the peanut butter in a mixing bowl and set aside. In a saucepan, heat the maple syrup on medium-high until it begins to bubble.
2 Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the syrup into the peanut butter. Whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
3 Stir in the oat flour and mix until fully combined.
4 Let the dough chill completely in the refrigerator. Add any toppings or mix-ins once its chilled this prevents them from melting!.
5 Press the chilled dough into a lined loaf pan. Carefully remove the dough, flipping it over so the rounded corners are facing up.
6 Using a knife, cut slits into the dough without cutting all the way through to create 18 connected pieces.
7 Freeze the dough until firm. Once frozen, break off a piece whenever youre craving a treat!
