Stuffed Mozzarella Bacon Bombs

Ingredients:

8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into cubes

8 slices of bacon

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Toothpicks for securing


Directions:

Prepare the bacon: Preheat the oven to 400F 200C. Lay the bacon slices on a baking sheet and cook for about 10-12 minutes until crispy but not fully cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Stuff the mozzarella: Cut the mozzarella into cubes, about 1-inch in size.

Wrap the mozzarella: Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each mozzarella cube, securing it with a toothpick. Repeat for all mozzarella cubes.

Season the bacon bombs: Place the wrapped mozzarella bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over them and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bake the bombs: Bake the mozzarella bacon bombs for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese starts to melt.

Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
