Strawberry Piña Colada Jello Shots
Ingredients:
1 cups water
1 cups pineapple juice
2 3 oz packages Starburst Pink strawberry gelatin
cup light rum
cup Baileys Piña Colada
Whipped cream optional, for topping
Toasted coconut optional, for garnish
Mini pineapple wedges optional, for garnish
Directions:
Boil the Water:
In a saucepan, bring 1 cups of water to a boil.
Dissolve the Gelatin:
Stir in the strawberry gelatin powder and whisk until fully dissolved about 2 minutes.
Mix in the Alcohol & Juice:
Remove from heat and stir in pineapple juice, light rum, and Baileys Piña Colada.
Pour into Cups:
Carefully pour the mixture into 2 oz shot cups, filling them about full.
Refrigerate & Set:
Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Garnish & Serve:
Before serving, top each jello shot with whipped cream and toasted coconut for an extra tropical touch.
Garnish with mini pineapple wedges if desired.
