Sticky BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
1 rack of pork ribs about 1.5 kg
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the BBQ sauce:
1 cup BBQ sauce store-bought or homemade
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
For garnish:
Fresh chives or green onions, chopped

Steps:
1 Prepare the ribs:
Preheat the oven to 160C 325F. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness. Rub the ribs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2 Bake the ribs:
Wrap the ribs in foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2-2.5 hours until tender.
3 Make the BBQ glaze:
In a small saucepan, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally.
4 Grill or broil the ribs:
Preheat the grill or oven broiler. Unwrap the ribs and brush generously with the BBQ glaze. Grill or broil for 5-10 minutes until the glaze caramelizes and becomes sticky.
5 Garnish and serve:
Transfer the ribs to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped chives or green onions, and serve hot.
