Steak Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
300g fettuccine or spaghetti
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Steak:
Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Remove the steaks, let them rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
5. Assemble the Dish:
Plate the creamy pasta and top with sliced steak.
Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
