Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lime juice
Taco shells or tortillas
Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro, or guacamole
Instructions:
1 Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
2 Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken, then add salsa, chicken broth, and lime juice.
3 Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
4 Shred the chicken using two forks, then mix everything in the slow cooker.
5 Serve the chicken in taco shells or tortillas with your favorite toppings.
