Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble tacos by adding cooked shrimp, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro to each tortilla.
Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor!
