Shrimp and Corn Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
1 cup fresh corn kernels or canned, drained
1 tomato diced
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
1 lime juiced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1 Prepare the salsa:
In a large bowl, combine corn, diced tomato, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
2 Season the shrimp:
Toss the cooked shrimp with lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3 Combine:
Add the shrimp to the salsa mixture and toss until well combined.

Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
