Mini Banoffee Pies Recipe
Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
For the filling:
1 cup dulce de leche or caramel sauce
2 bananas sliced
For the topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Toasted coconut flakes optional
Instructions:
1 Prepare the crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture into a muffin tin to create mini pie crusts. Chill for 30 minutes.
2 Add the filling:
Spoon a layer of dulce de leche into each mini crust. Top with banana slices.
3 Make the whipped cream:
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
4 Assemble the pies:
Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top of the bananas.
5 Decorate:
Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a drizzle of caramel sauce for an elegant touch.
6 Chill and serve:
