Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 cups broccoli florets1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved1 cup sliced carrots2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp paprikaSalt and pepper to tasteFresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.Arrange chicken breasts, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and carrots on the sheet pan.Drizzle olive oil over everything, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the veggies to coat evenly.Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping chicken halfway, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot for a quick and healthy meal!
