Sheet Pan Citrus and Sage Chicken with Roasted Broccoli and Potatoes 凜

Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs2 cups broccoli florets2 large potatoes, cubed1 orange, thinly sliced1 lemon, thinly sliced1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped or 1 tsp dried sage2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp garlic powderSalt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.Arrange chicken thighs, broccoli, and potatoes on the sheet pan.Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper. Toss vegetables to coat evenly.Place orange and lemon slices over the chicken and around the vegetables.Roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping the potatoes and chicken halfway, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.Serve hot and enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavors!
