1 green bell pepper, diced

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the onions and bell peppers to the beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are softened, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. Assemble the Ring
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the puff pastry sheets in a circular shape, overlapping the edges to form a ring.
Spoon the beef and veggie filling along the inner edge of the pastry ring.
