Royal Bermuda Yacht Club Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 ounces aged rum
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce falernum
1/4 ounce orange curaçao
1/4 ounce simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
Ice for shaking
Lime wheel for garnish
Directions:
Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the aged rum, fresh lime juice, falernum, orange curaçao, and simple syrup if using.
Add Ice: Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.
Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid and shake well for about 15 seconds until the ingredients are thoroughly chilled.
Strain and Serve: Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish: Add a lime wheel for a polished presentation.
